Fabriekspad 16 - Bed (and breakfast)

The Molenaar family offers rooms for rent, based on bed and breakfast.

The rooms are situated on the first floor of the family house that can be found in the picturesque village of Buren on the magnificent Wadden Island of Ameland.

Then book a spacious room with us, including a delicious breakfast with, of your choice, bread, hot bread rolls, divers sandwich filling, muesli, coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, fruit and a free-range eggs.

The rooms are provided with bed linen and towels.
Further you will find a wardrobe, a flat screen LCD HD-TV, alarm clock, water boiler and a coffee maker.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is shared with the other guests.
Terrace furniture is present if you want to sit outside.

During the day you can enjoy Buren and its vicinity. The magnificent island of Ameland offers many possibilities for a weekend break, a short getaway or a longer vacation.

Take lovely cycling tours or long nature walks. A day at the beach (located at about 1000 meters), bird watching in and around the Wadden Sea. You can take an excursion to the duck decoy, climb the lighthouse of Hollum or visit one of the interesting museums.
The neighbouring village of Nes for example offers a charming village centre with cosy shopping streets housing great shops. Nes is located about 1500 meters west of Buren.

For lunch or a delicious dinner there are plenty of nice and cosy restaurants and other eating-houses in Buren and Nes.
